Wyoming Valley Health Care System provides various levels of benefits to all regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees who are in positions budgeted at 20 hours per week or greater.

This comprehensive benefits program supports a rewarding work/life balance and includes competitive compensation and opportunities for education and development. WVHCS offers a flexible benefit plan where the costs are shared between the System and the employee.

Incentives/Sign-On Bonus
Graduate and Registered Nurses, Registered Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Respiratory Therapists and Imaging Technologists are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000 upon hire with a 36-month part-time and 48-month full-time commitment.*

* New graduates are eligible upon licensure.
