| Prevention: | - Don't smoke or chew tobacco.
- Limit alcohol intake.
- Avoid aspirin and NSAIDs. Try acetaminophen (Tylenol) instead.
- Eat several small meals a day at regular intervals.
- Limit coffee (both caffeinated and decaffeinated), black tea, and cola intake.
