| Signs and tests: | - Increased cells called eosinophils in blood
- Stool exam (larvae of S. stercoralis present)
- Duodenal aspiration (larvae present in duodenal fluid)
- Antigen test positive for S. stercoralis
- S. stercoralis in sputum when it moves to the lung
