Pulmonary atresia

Definition:
Pulmonary atresia is a type of congenital heart disease that involves severe narrowing or complete obstruction of the pulmonary valve (the valve that guards the exit of the right ventricle).

There is no known cause of Pulmonary atresia. It is extremely rare.
