| Wyoming Valley Health Care System's "Health-Link" Support and Education Series provides information on how to prevent and manage diabetes, heart disease and stroke - and serves as an educational resource to help individuals make healthy lifestyle choices. These free presentations include the latest information from qualified health professionals related to diabetes, heart disease, stroke and fitness, as well as information on treatment guidelines, research advances and patient education tools.
"Health-Link" replaces the former Diabetes Education Series and the Heart-to-Heart Support Group.
