Ab Lab
A fifteen minute blast of abdominal work! A quick, yet effective workout which isolates the entire abdominal wall. Get strong to the core with this ab lab - a definiate must to incorporate in your fitness workout.

Advanced Step
A one-hour class designed for the advanced stepper. This class includes ~30-minutes of challenging step patterns and combinations, followed by a total body strength segment and relaxing stretch.

Body Ball Blast
Are you pressed for time? Join us for a fifteen-minute blast high efficiency stability ball workout! A workout that isolates with the stability ball, along with band, tubes and free-weights. Don't miss this 15 minutes of power!

Body Conditioning
A total body strength workout isolating all major muscles, including abs and gluts. Get strong to the core with tubes, bands, balls, free weights and more.

Cardio Circuit
A one-hour class designed with alternating cardiovascular and strength stations set to condition your entire body. Abdominal strength work and a final cool-down stretch complete the class. Great for cross training!

Cardio Combo and Pump
A one-hour class consisting of a warm-up, hi/low combinations and pump step pattern, followed by a strength segment, abdominal work and a final relaxation.

Cardio Self Defense
A one-hour cardio class with the technique of self-defense at the core of the class. Learn ways to defend yourself and get fit in the process. Taught by third-degree black belt sensei. Join us for a solid hour of power and defense.

Core Conditioning
Get strong to the core! This 45-minute class is designed to integrate training for the abs, back, hips and pelvis into a comprehensive program to maintain postural alignment.

Creative Sculpting Ideas(CSI)
A different approach to strength training. This one-hour class will test your strength and endurance capacities, with intervals of "cardio boost" segments and unique strength segments. If you want to get in shape and feel the burn, join us for a superb work-out!

Interval Step
A one-hour workout consisting of intervals of stepping and strength training for the upper and lower body followed by abdominal work and a final cool-down stretch.

Kick Boxing
Looking for a way to burn more calories and ass variety to your workout? Experience a fun and different way to kick up your level of fitness! Join us for an upbeat 45 minute cardio-based class that introduces various kickboxing movies.

Multi-Step
Looking for more of a challenge with your step workout? Multi-step is your answer. This specialty class is designed for the advanced stepper. Join us for an hour of energizing power and choreography using circle step, quad step, L-step, double step and others.

Pilates
Yoga consists of a series of controlled movements, flowing from pose to pose that incorporates standing, sitting, lying and kneeling poses. Strengthening poses are also incorporated for muscle isolation designed to increase stamina and strength all with a unifying factor of breath control. Different levels of difficulty are provided to challenge those with greater skill.

Pre-Natal Fitness
This class is designed to tone and strengthen those muscles used during delivery. Exercises based on Yoga and Pilates designed specifically for pregnancy will be used. Permission from your physician must be obtained prior to beginning the class. Taught by labor and delivery registered nurses.

Prime of Life - Strength
A 45-minute class geared toward older adults and those with orthopedic challenges. Specialized Hydra Fitness equipment allows for maximum strength gains with minimal risk for injury.

Prime of Life - Strength & Stretch
A class designed for those in the "prime of life" (55-years-old and older), designed to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. This class utilizes chairs and a variety of resistance equipment to keep you strong and fit.

Prime of Life Cardio
A one-hour class for those in the "prime of life" (55-years-old and older), designed to increase cardiovascular endurance through light aerobic movements using a variety of modalities.

Quad Step
- Looking for more of a challenge with your step work-out? Quad step is your answer. A one-hour specialty class for the advanced stepper. Join us for an exciting new class using four different steps. The class moves in unison to energizing and fun choreography.

Step Basics
A 60-minute step class that introduces base moves, proper step technique and terminology and ends with a total body strength segment. A must for the new stepper and highly suggested for post-partum moms.

Step Expressions
Looking for more of a challenge with your step workout? Step Expressions is your answer. This specialty class is designed for the advanced stepper. Some step expressions inlcude: circle step, quad step, L-step and double step. Join us for an hour of energizing power and choreography.

Step Expressions and Pump
This specialty class is designed for the advanced stepper. The class incorporates challenging step patterns and combinations followed by an extended total body strength conditioning segment. Some step expressions include: circle step, quad step, L-step and double step. Join us for 90-minutes of energizing choreography and pump.

Step II
A 75-minute step and strength class designed to meet the needs of most fitness levels. Modifications offered throughout the class. Join us for an energizing workout!

Step III
An intense 75 minute, advanced step class, which includes more complicated movements and choregraphy. Propulsion runs, hops and leaps may be added to this challenging workout!

Summer Circuit Cardio Blast
A 90-minute class designed with alternating cardiovascular and strength stations set to condition your entire body. Abdominal strength work and a final cool-down stretch complete the class. Great for cross training!

Workout of the Month
A one-hour specialty class that changes each month. Enjoy double step one month, "get on the ball" the next or perhaps a Body Sculpt workout. Each month something different is offered to challenge your workout and to provide the benefits of cross training.

Yoga
Consists of a series of controlled movements that incorporate standing, sitting, lying and kneeling poses. Stengthening poses are also incorporated for muscle isolation designed to increase stamina and strength - all with a unifying factor of breath control. Various levels of difficulty are provided to challenge those with greater skill.

Yoga (Movement)
A one-hour class which consists of a series of movements, flowing from pose to pose under control. Each class will be constructed with standing, sitting, lying and kneeling poses. There is also a balance between opening and closing poses, with the unifying factor being breath control. Levels of difficulty are provided to challange those with greater skill.

Yoga (Strength)
A one-hour class consisting of a series of strengthening poses, progressing in a slow, steady fashion, focusing on a different muscle group each week for a series of eight weeks. The class is designed to increase strength and stamina through muscle isolation and controlled breathing, offering several levels of difficulty to challenge those with greater skill.
