| Dr. Charlton completed his undergraduate education at the Pennsylvania State University. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and stayed for his orthopaedic surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University and the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Charlton completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles California. During his fellowship he assisted in the medical coverage for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and other collegiate and professional sports teams. Dr. Charlton also participated in the 2001 NBA combine as a representative for the Lakers and assisted in the Los Angeles Dodgers spring training in Vero Beach Florida in 2001. During his education and training he published multiple research papers related to orthopaedic surgery and has received multiple honors including Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He has received his board certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and maintains memberships in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and Jefferson Orthopaedic Society. He specializes in sports medicine with a emphasis in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, reconstruction, and replacement. He also performs arthroscopy for selected elbow and hip conditions. | Dr. Feinstein earned his undergraduate degree, Master's degree and Medical degree from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island. He completed internships in rotating medicine and surgery, and general surgery from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Hospital, New York City. He completed a residency and fellowship in orthopaedic surgery at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, The New York Orthopaedic Hospital, New York City. He is board-certified in forensic traumatology, motor vehicle trauma, and disability trauma and is certified in the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Board of Forensic Examiners, and the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
